Leo and Andy were both very professional

Visited Magna Motors and bought a Volkswagen Golf couple days ago, and I couldn’t be more happier. Leo and Andy were both very professional and provide the highest levels of services any dealerships could offer. Communication is excellent, very knowledgeable and Leo was available to answer any questions I had and was very patient. The car was exactly as listed on auto trader, and the customer service was excellent. I needed the car delivered quickly, and Leo was able to get it delivered the next day in great condition. I can not recommend them more! Great service from the beginning, good prices and range of cars. I would certainly buy from them again, you will not be disappointed buying your car from the team!

We bought a car this week from Magna Motors and I'm so glad we chose them! Leo, Andy and the team made it really simple and gave us the confidence to buy from a distance which is something we've never done. Nice to buy from an honest small business who care about customer service, when lots of others simply don't. I'll be recommending them to friends & family.

What a pleasure doing business with Andy

There was no pressure sales everything was professionally done, no messing about. We were looking to part ex our old car but got advised we could more selling ourselves, which we did sold within 2 hours of advertising. We bough A Honda CRV, it is absolutely georgous and we are very happy with the service, the car and the overall experience of Magna Motor's, we will definately recommend you guys thank you

Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Immaculate service history for the car I bought and it was like new. Really took the time to talk me through all the features and paperwork was a doddle. Threw in a few extras like mats and they delivered it straight to my house. Saved me a ton on the price too.

I can't recommend them enough

First experience with this dealership and I must say I was very impressed by the level of customer support and their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with the car before signing any paperwork. Plus, the paperwork was seamless and hassle-free. Leo and his team are a breath of fresh air, professional and I can't recommend them enough. Very pleased with my car and will buy again from this dealership.

Simply the best dealership experience I've ever had

...and I've had some bloody shockers! The sales team were an absolute riot and had me in stitches, but also gave me all the space I needed to properly check out the motors. Test drove a belter of an SUV and the sales bloke came with me to point out all its features.

Couldn't have been more helpful!
Even helped me haggle the manager down a fair bit on the price. Did all the paperwork there and then, and it was ready for drive away within the hour AND they followed up the next day to make sure I was still happy. Which I bloody was! Top service and a great deal to boot. Plus I left with a big bag of goodies like mats, valet and a tank of petrol.

If you’re after a dealership that won’t take the mick but is also a laugh, then look no further. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough - bloody top holes, the lot of them. Thanks lads!

Great service.

Andy and his colleague were attentive, calm and practical. I test drove the car I finally bought for over an hour, and there was never a problem. Any work that the car needed pre-sale, had been carried our and that meant I got a classy car for not too much money.

Andy also offered advice on finance and kept the car for me until the following day.

Great service. I hope I don't have to experience their after sales care.

Amazing Car Dealership!

From the initial viewing of the car, right through to purchasing the vehicle the Customer Service from Andy and Leo was perfect. They are both very professional and made the whole experience of buying my first car really enjoyable. They even ensured the car was all ready for me to collect on Christmas Eve. Myself and my family, wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again in the future! Thanks so much x

The car was perfectly presented

I purchased an Audi A8 from Magna Motors on Saturday 20th January 2024 and everything was perfect. The car was perfectly presented and my first impressions of the car and the dealership were great. Once I had decided to purchase the car I was served by a young gentleman called Leo who was absolutely brilliant, he was friendly, helpful and polite and was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely deal with Magna Motors and Leo again.
